A quick display of the pseudo color palette of an image can be accomplished by executing putpalette from the command line user interface (CLUI), by using the graphical user interface (GUI), or executing it from cantata. There is limited flexibility on the display attributes of this tool.

Clicking on the "Options" button gives access to the display parameters shown on the following pane object.

putpalette can be executed from within cantata, or directly from the command line. To display an image from the command line user interface (CLUI) type:
putpalette -i image.filenameIf you wish to use the Graphical User Interface then type:
putpalette -guiand wait till you see the graphical user interface. Now type the image filename in the "Input Image" box.
