Building the Cantata Workspace

1. Use the Struc. El. 3x3 to build a 3x3 cross structure element.
2. Use the Erosion and Subtract operators to generate the contour image.
3. Label the contour image with the Labeling operator. Which connectivity you must use in this operator?
4. Take and plot the Histogram of the labeled contour.

• Try other contour topology: 3x3 box, 8-connected contour.
