Location UNIVERSIDAD SIMÓN BOLÍVAR Caracas, Venezuela Caracas is located at 25 minutes from the Simón Bolívar International Airport. You may choose to take a taxi to the USB, or bus-shuttle to come up to the city to hotel facilities. The University Simón Bolívar, Sartenejas Campus, is 15 minutes away from Caracas mid-town. You may change for local currency at the airport. There also "banc-o-mat" facilities. During the month of December, the temperature lowers a bit, around 12C, during sunrise and evenings and 20C during the day. The Simón Bolívar International Airport, is very near, 25 min. away in taxi.
