Abstract
The distribution of small morphological abnormalities on high resolution ECG (HI-ECG) signals is analyzed. Three groups of volunteers were considered, including a control healthy people group, seropositive Chagas disease patients without diagnosed cardiac pathologies and patients with incipient cardiac ailments. Classic linear and non linear analysis techniques are applied to characterize the size and frequency of abnormalities on ECG time series.
